Sorry; I just got the notification for this comment. The person who made mine was atala. Don't know if she's still doing the pirate coats or not, but you can check her profile page for her e-mail. She's out near you in Independence.

No problem on the delay. I am inquiring for Featherynscale, and she doesn't have a time constraint per se... more of a "I'd love to have a pirate frock coat" sort of thing.

I'll get in contact with atala and see if she is interested.
