Okay, since I haven't done a real update for some time, here's the latest.

I'm finally employed again; doing customer service for Maytag. Doesn't look too difficult so far, but we're only three days into the training. My biggest problem with it is the number of people in the class who say they've done phone work before, but just don't seem to get why/how we need to use the computers to keep track of what we do on the calls. I mean, really, people, we're getting 5 minutes per call, and you're taking 30 to look up warranties? Yeesh. What are these idiots gonna do next week when we get into the REALLY complicated training?

Fail miserably, that's what.
