1) Clinton was held in contempt of court and convicted of purgury. He was temporarily disbarred as punishment. That's a bit more than "lying about an extramarital affair", now isn't it?
2) There were the terms of the Kuait Invasion Surrender, an even dozen U.N. resolutions and two U.S. Congressional votes of approval, not just the "falsified evidence". Can you even cite one thing he supposedly falsified?
