I realized...

...I hadn't followed up on the last post about the house yet.

The house here in Eudora changed realtors; the new guy was trying a very high-pressure approach to selling it. I thunk to myself, "Self, if he's *that* desperate to sell it, there must be something wrong that you missed."

I just signed the offer yesterday; $50K, but the place needs a *lot* less work than the one here.
